The repair and service process has been made easy for you with our 4 steps:
Step 1: Ship
Once a service order has been processed, we will email you a list of instructions along with a prepaid FedEx shipping label with insurance included for your convenience. You’ll attach the label to the package and send us your watch for inspection.
Step 2: Inspect
We will carefully inspect your watch for technical and cosmetic issues. We will then provide you with a full analysis and estimate to help you make the best decision for your watch.
Step 3: Repair
Our master watchmakers carefully repair and service your watch.
Step 4: Return
Your treasured watch is carefully packaged and shipped back to you in excellent condition with an 18 month warranty included.
The Bennisson Warranty
Our work is exceptional. And we take great pride in standing behind it.
Our 18 month warranty is valid on all overhaul service work performed. In the event our warranty is called, we will happily correct the issue at hand. This warranty does not cover accidental occurrence, normal use wear or customer negligence. This warranty is considered void in the event another repair attempt has been made by persons other than Bennisson Watchmaking staff.
